Summary

Art has always been at the heart of everything I do. I find immense joy in infusing 2D art into my projects, making it a pivotal element in my creative journey. Whether it's a simple sketch or a captivating stop-motion animation, I dedicate my free time to crafting visual narratives that captivate and inspire.

My preferred canvas is my tablet, where I bring ideas to life using Procreate, a versatile tool that allows me to explore my artistic vision. For a more professional touch, I seamlessly transition to industry-standard programs like Photoshop and Illustrator. These tools enable me to elevate my creations, infusing them with a polished and refined aesthetic.

Disney has always been my eternal wellspring of inspiration. Growing up with the classics, I belong to a generation fortunate enough to experience movies on VHS tape cassettes.. Disney's legacy has profoundly shaped my artistic style, serving as a fundamental influence.

I hold a special fondness for the early 2000s Disney movies, with 'Treasure Planet' and 'Atlantis' reigning supreme as my top favorites. Their innovative storytelling and unique animation captivated me and left an indelible mark on my creative aspirations.

My ultimate dream is to become an animator. I am deeply passionate about bringing back the glory of old-school 2D animation, a realm that resonates with the core of my artistic vision.

Every now and then I like to sketch random thoughts. This particular piece of art was inspired by the daily inquiries about my ear tunnels. Although it seems simple, this piece has a deeper meaning to me.

Here is a bit of explanation if you curious:

The creation of my ear tunnels coincided with a challenging phase in my life. The process of stretching was not only physically painful but also symbolized a difficult period I was navigating. Despite the discomfort, I persevered.

So, when people inquire if it still hurts, my response “not anymore” reflects not just the physical healing but also the resilience and growth that came from overcoming adversity.

In the first year of my studies, my project group and I embarked on a serious game design project aimed at raising awareness and motivating people to engage in trash collection. Our concept involved a gameplay mechanic where players unlocked buildings within a futuristic cityscape.

However, the challenge arose when we lacked proficiency in tools like Blender to create intricate 3D structures. To simulate a three-dimensional aesthetic, we pivoted towards isometric art using Adobe Illustrator. This decision allowed us to craft futuristic buildings, giving the game a visual depth and a futuristic vibe without the need for complex 3D modeling software like Blender.
